DEPOSIT POLICY
For bookings made more than 60 days before departure, a €300 deposit per traveler is required at booking. For bookings made 60 days or less before departure, the full package price is due at booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For bookings made more than 60 days before departure, the €300 deposit is fully refundable for 30 calendar days after payment. Once the departure is confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 calendar days.
After the 30-day refund period, or for bookings made 60 days or less before departure, cancellation may be subject to an applicable cancellation amount.
If you selected the Flex Formula, eligible cancellation amounts may be claimed separately from the Insurance Provider, subject to the applicable insurance terms.
Cancellation takes effect when Veditalia receives your written notice. For full details, please refer to Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
